The IC695CHS012 is a 12-Slot Universal Backplane from the GE Fanuc RX3i Series. The RX3i Universal Backplane supports both PCI-based (IC695) and serial (IC694) I/O and option modules with its dual-bus backplane

IC693ALG391 is a 2-Channel Analog Current Output module for the Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controller. It offers two output channels with each output having the ability to convert 12 bits of binary (digital) data into an analog output for use as needed by many applications. IC693ALG391 is able to give out outputs ranging from 0 to 20 mA. The converted signal has a resolution of 12 bits binary. However, the sign bit is not needed when converting the output. During each scanning process, the two channels are updated. The %AQ register has 13 essential bits that are changed to sign magnitude by the PLC and forwarded to the module. The D/A converter uses 12 of the bits while the thirteenth bit (sign) is utilized to check whether negative data has been forwarded to the module.

The IC693ALG220 is a Channel Analog Voltage Input module for the Series 90-30.  This Programmable Logic Controller delivers four input channels, each able to convert an analog input signal to a digital signal as needed by the user. The module can convert inputs in the range of -10 to +10 volts. Conversion speed for each channel is 1 ms, thus providing an update rate of 4 ms for any channel. Converted signal resolution is 12 bits binary. User data in the %AI registers is in 16-bit 2’s complement format.

IC693ALG221 is an Analog Current Input Module with four input channels for the Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controller. This controller’s channels are each capable of converting an analog input signal into a digital signal as needed for the application. Two input ranges are available with a default of 4 to 20 mA with scaled user data so 4 mA corresponds to a count of zero and 20 mA to 32000. Each 1000 count represents 0.5 mA. If a jumper is added to the I/O terminal board, the input range is adjusted to 0 to 20 mA with scaled user data scale corresponding to a count of 32000 with each 800 count equal to 0.5 mA. This module is equipped with two range jumpers:  one for channels 1-2 and one for channels 3-4.

The IC200UEX014 module is an expansion unit that has been designed by GE Fanuc Automation and included in the Versamax micro-series. This expansion module comes with 14 I/O points and it can be used with 8 DC inputs, 2 low-current outputs, and 4 high-current outputs. This unit requires a nominal input power of at least 24 Volts DC. Different DC input devices can be connected to this unit, and these units can have positive or negative logic characteristics and they are also compatible with a wide range of other equipment. The GE Fanuc Automation IC200UEX014 expansion unit must not exceed its current rating of 200 milliamps, including the external device current and the input current circuit.

The IC200UEX626 expansion module is a 6-channel analog expansion module that is manufactured as part of the GE Fanuc VersaMax product family. It comes with a power supply rated at 24 Volts DC, with an input power of 3 Watts and a user power sensor current rating of 200 milliamps. This module has 4 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs, for a total of 6 I/O points.

The GE Fanuc IC693MDL753 is 12/24 volt DC, 0.5A Positive Logic Output module. Designed for the Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controller, this output module is equipped with 32 discrete outputs. These outputs have been set up in four separate isolated groups of eight. Each group has its own dedicated common. As they are sourcing type outputs, they switch the loads on the positive side of the power supply to supply current to the load. The outputs on this module are capable of switching loads from +12 through +24 VDC (+20%, –15%). They can also source current to a maximum value of 0.5 amps per point. In the group commons, there are user I/O connectors. Each connector has two pins, which can handle up to 3A current. When the user is connecting the group common, it is advised that connections be made to both pins.

The CPU Model 350 IC693CPU350, acts as a controller, I/O system, and speciality module designed to meet the demands of flexible industrial solutions.  Among other things, it comes with 32Kbytes user memory, 4K I/O, 8 Racks and a logic execution of 0.22msec/K.  It is compatible with advanced modules such as Ethernet, various bus modules, and control. Designed in a single overall architecture, the IC693CPU350 is well suited for thousands of applications, such as complex motion control, mining, water treatment, elevator control, high-speed packaging, injection molding, material handling, food processing, continuous emission monitoring and many more.  By configuring just the system you need, you save critical space and reduce cost.  Furthermore, IC693CPU350 can also be adapted to a wide range of applications  such as: digital interfaces (for push buttons, switches, proximity sensors, relays, contactors and many other devices), analog modules (with varying degrees of resolution for flow, temperature or pressure applications),  direct connect wiring or remote termination  and local or remote I/O systems.

The GE Fanuc IC693CPU351 is a CPU module with a single slot. The maximum power utilized by this module is 5V DC supply and the load required is 890 mA from the power supply. This module performs its function with a processing speed of 25 MHz and the type of processor used is 80386EX. Also, this module must operate within the ambient temperature range of 0°C –60 °C. This module is also provided with a built-in user memory of 240K bytes for entering programs into the module. The actual size available for user memory mainly depends on amounts allocated to %AI, %R and %AQ.

The GE Fanuc IC693CHS398 is a 5-slot expansion baseplate. This unit is designed for use with the GE Series 90-30 module. Like the 10-slot version, (IC693CHS392), there are a few features and guidelines to consider when using this baseplate. First of all, a remote baseplate cannot be a stand-alone unit. Instead, it must be connected to a system that has a CPU. This CPU can be part of a programmable logic controller (PLC) or it can be in a Personal Computer.  However, the PC must have a Personal Computer Interface Card. Secondly, there can be no more than a total of 50 feet of interconnecting cables between the CPU baseplate and expansion baseplates.

The GE Fanuc 90-30 Series IC693MDL740 is a 12/24 positive logic DC output module. This model possesses positive logic so that the module sources current from the positive power bus terminal or the common user to the required loads. The output electronic device is placed in between the output module and the power bus. The rated voltage required for the IC693MDL750 module is 12/24 volts DC, and the output current is a maximum of 0.5 amps per point with a maximum of 2 amps per common. 

The GE Fanuc IC693MDL655 is a 24-volt DC Positive/Negative Logic Input module. This module has been designed to work with the Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controller. It has 32 discrete input points, divided into four groups of eight. Each group is isolated and has a shared common between the eight points. All input points on the module operate at a maximum level of 30V. They are able to operate with either positive or negative logic. There are opto-couplers on this module, which provide backplane isolation between the field side and logic side. This is in addition to the isolation from each group of inputs. On the top of the module there is an LED block, which has a corresponding ON/OFF status indicator for each of the 32 points on the module. When using field devices with the IC693MDL655, the user can hook up a power supply or else use the isolated +24 VDC supply, which is available at the I/O connectors on the module.

The IC695CMM002 is a Serial Communications module from the GE Fanuc RX3i Series.  This module provides 2 independent, isolated serial ports.  Up to 6 Serial Communications modules can be located in the main PACSystems RX3i backplane.  

IC693ALG392 is an Analog Current/Voltage Output Module for the PACSystems RX3i and Series 90-30. The module has eight single-ended output channels with voltage outputs and/or current loop outputs based on installation by the user. Each channel can be generated the configuration software for the subsequent scopes (0 to +10 volts) as unipolar, (-10 to +10 volts) bipolar, 0 to 20 milliamps, or 4 to 20 milliamps. Each of the channels is able to translate 15 to 16 bits. This is reliant on the range that is preferred by the user. All eight channels are renewed every 8 milliseconds

The IC693ALG222 is a 16-Channel Analog Voltage Input module for the GE Fanuc 90-30 Series. This PLC will give you 16 single-ended or 8 differential input channels. The Analog Input features easy-to-use configuration software for 2 input ranges: from -10 to +10 and 0 to 10 volt.  This module converts the analog signals into digital signals. The IC693ALG222 receives two input signals which are unipolar and bipolar. The unipolar signal ranges from 0 to +10 V whereas bipolar signal ranges from -10V to +10V.This module can be set up in any of the I/O slots in a 90-30 Programmable control system. There will be connector block mounted on module for connecting to user devices. 

The IC200UEX214 power supply module was designed by GE Fanuc and classified as a Versamax Micro series power supply with 28 connection points for expansion units. It features up to 256 inputs that may be used for PLC or I/O modules. The architecture with which the module is designed is scalable, intuitive, and easy to use. The IC200UEX214 power supply module provides long hours of consistent uptime and reliability because of the lean Six Sigma technology that is employed to offer 34 different I/O modules, multiple wiring choices, and multiple networking options. Because it has features that are both CPU enabled and I/O enabled, it provides a performance that meets nearly all industrial requirements, saving costs for the machine builders and the users.

The GE Fanuc IC200UEX011 module is a 14-point expansion module that is AC-powered from the Nano series/CPM1A. This GE VersaMax Micro PLC expansion module provides 6 normally open 2-Amp relay outputs and it accepts 8 DC inputs. The outputs on the IC200UEX011 module can control 5 to 250 Volts AC rated output devices and 5 to 30 Volts DC rated inputs which can be deployed as negative or positive standard logic inputs.

The IC695CMM004 is a Serial Communications module from the GE Fanuc RX3i Series.  This module provides 4 independent, isolated serial ports.  Up to 6 Serial Communications modules can be located in the main PACSystems RX3i backplane. 

The GE Fanuc IC693CHS397 is a 5-slot modular CPU baseplate. To operate the baseplate, users must plug a power supply module into the left slot. This slot is unique in size and type, in that in only supports a power supply module. This slot is not numbered.  In slot 1, a CPU or special option module must be installed. Similar to slot 2, this slot is unique in size and type, in that it can only support a CPU module or else a special option module, for example a FIP Remote I/O Scanner (IC693BEM330). Slot 1 is labeled CPU/1.

The GE Fanuc IC693PWR321 is a standard power supply. This unit is a 30 watt supply that can use direct or alternating current. It operates on an input voltage of either 120/240 VAC or 125 VDC. Aside from a +5VDC output, this power supply can provide two +24 VDC outputs. One is a relay power output, which is used to power circuits on Series 90-30 Output Relay modules. The other is an isolated output, which is used internally by some modules. It can also provide external power for 24 VDC Input modules.

The GE Fanuc IC693CHS391 is an expansion plate with ten slots. This expansion plate is designed with a slot at the left end of the baseplate especially for the power supply. The unique size of this slot ensures it is only compatible with a power supply. The user should ensure that the IC693CHS391 is connected to the CPU in the first slot of its baseplate. The first slot of the baseplate supports the CPU module which is labeled CPU/1. This module is permitted to have only one CPU baseplate per system. If there is more than one baseplate in the system, then another one must be either Remote or Expansion baseplate. The IC693CHS391 consists of many slots of which slot number 2 and the slots above will have a unique size which is used to connect either option modules or I/O modules.

VersaMax Modular is control and IO that can be snapped together to provide a compact node with a smaller footprint than typical control/IO combinations.

IC200ALG261 is an 8 Channel, 15 Bit Input Module from the GE Fanuc Versamax Series

The Series 90-30 IC693CPU374 module is a GE Fanuc-manufactured single-slot CPU (AMD SC250) with an embedded Ethernet controller. This CPU 374 module comes with 240 KB of user configurable memory, 4K I/O, and 8 racks. The embedded Ethernet controller supports communication speeds of up to 100 Mbps and it comes with a built-in switch. It supports both SRTP and Ethernet global data along with the Modbus/TCP client/server protocol. No serial ports are present in this module. The processor comes with 133 Mhz of speed with a typical scan rate of 0.15 milliseconds per 1K of logic. It comes with both RAM and Flash memory for storage. The IC693CPU374 module has a power rating of 7.4 Watts and it is supplied with 5 Volts DC voltage. The environmental temperature should be set between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius for operation. When not in use, it can be stored at a temperature between -40 and 85 degrees Celsius.

The IC200UDR064 module is a Versamax Micro power supply module that has been designed and introduced to the control industry by GE Fanuc Automation. This power supply is meant to enhance the use of PLCs from the same series by extending the number of connections that can be made to these PLCs. It is recommended to check the compatibility of the IC200UDR064 power supply module with the PLC before buying the module and before attempting to install it. This power supply module is meant to operate with the 64-point Micro PLC from the same series. This Micro PLC accepts 40 DC powered inputs and it also provides 24 outputs. These outputs are each 2 Amps rated and they are normally open.

The IC200UDR040 module is a power supply module that is meant to operate with a 40-point micro programmable logic controller or PLC that comes from the Versamax Micro PLC series that is manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation. This controller provides 24 Volts DC nominal input power for all the operations that are related to the PLC, and it comes with 24 DC inputs that are fully configurable and that can be used in either positive or negative logic setups. Each of these inputs can be used as a regular input and as a high-speed counter input. The compatibility of the GE Fanuc Automation IC200UDR040 power supply module with other devices depends on the way it is used and on the modality that it is used in. For example, when used as a standard input module, it can be easily paired with pushbuttons, electronic proximity switches, and other similar kinds of compatible equipment.

The IC200UEX624 expansion module is made by GE Fanuc and it is designed to be a 4-point analog expansion module. This device has a current inrush time of 1 microsecond at 30 Volts to tell the application engineers when to stabilize the circuit to a normal operating value. At the same nominal voltage rating of 30 Volts, the input current is 0.1 Amps with an input voltage between 105 to 125 Volts AC. Because the connection point is located on the right side of this expansion module, it can be extended to the next expansion module in a large-scale system to be as flexible as possible.

The IC695PSA040 is a 120/240 volt AC or 125 volt DC, 40 Watt Power Supply from the GE Fanuc RX3i Series.  It can work with an input source of either alternating or direct current. Its operating voltage is 85-264 VAC or else 100-300 VDC.

The IC695CHS007 is a 7-Slot Universal Backplane from the GE Fanuc RX3i Series. 

The 25-pin Female D-type 10-slot I/O Bus Expansion Baseplate, IC693CHS392, has several uses.  It is basically used as a PLC local chassis but can also be used to extend I/O to other locations close by (called local I/O expansion) that are not more than 50 feet (15 meters) apart.  Local I/O expansion allows users to increase a PLC’s I/O and enhances control under the monitoring of a single processor.  There is no CPU on the baseplate.  Local I/O expansion is a good option for smaller PLC systems with I/O situated close to the local chassis.

The GE Fanuc IC693CPU363 is a Module of GE Fanuc series 90-30 PLC systems. It connects to one of the CPU slots on a baseplate. This CPU is of type 80386X and has a speed of 25Mz. It gives the baseplate the ability to connect to up to seven remote or expansion baseplates. The power required for it to work is +5VDC and 890mA current. It has a battery to back up a clock and can be overridden. When it operates, its temperature can vary from 0 to 60 degrees in ambient mode.
